In the middle of the death and destruction caused by the outbreak of the COVID virus, we have never lost sight of the fact that the future for us and our children and descendants is being built today. If we falter today, they will suffer tomorrow.

Vangaon as a place though closer to Mumbai city as it comes under Dahanu district, suffers from electricity shortage especially the interiors. This year NeoSmile Foundation has supported the school with electricity by installing solar Panels.

The school is a government boarding school for girls to complete higher education that is till the 12th std. As there are more students and during cooler seasons, it becomes difficult to bath in cold water.
Hence, the school expressed its desire to support them with a Solar water heater. The NeoSmile foundation was glad to support this equipment, keeping in terms of the hygiene of the girls and to end the difficulty of making water hot through burning coals or using LPG.
